This photo really makes me think if I should put a border around EVERY photo I do...as I'm not sure if this one looks good with. :S

This is the Melbourne Sky Wheel (I found out the actual name) Apparently it's the biggest in the Southern Hemisphere...or something. =] I reckon I'll go on it if the weather fines up. $7 a ticket though, and I'll obviously bring someone. :P $14

Borders usually give a bold focus to a picture, or give it a defined part where it ends.
If you don't have one, they can seem to drift off a bit. But then again, that works in the favour of some pieces :)
So it's up to you to decide which pieces need it and which don't x)

I DIDN'T EVEN KNOW THERE WAS A FERRIS WHEEL THERE TILL LIKE.. APRIL LAST YEAR.

And then I totally forgot about it. And got amazed on formal night when I was standing at Flinders Street Station in the freezing cold. Lollll
